Booking Terms & Conditions
- Bookings begin and end on Saturday, and weekend bookings run from Friday to Sunday. If you require your holiday to start on any other day, this will be subject to availability
- Reservations will be held for a maximum of seven days, after which a 500 euro or GBP £350 deposit is required which is non- refundable. If the booking is not confirmed the chalet will be made available again.
- We make no guarantee as to the skiing conditions available at the time of your stay.
- We also require a breakages deposit of 500 euros or GBP £350 which will be returned at the end of the holiday provided the chalet is left clean and undamaged. All damages must be reported to the concierge at the time of leaving the chalet.
- Cleaning can be arranged directly with the concierge. She will charge a flat fee of 100 euros, which must be paid to her in cash.
- Bed linen can be hired locally at the cost of 15 euros per bed per week. We can arrange for this to be reserved for you if you require it
- The balance of the chalet is paid in two installments, one two months before the booking date, and the balance one month before the date of arrival
- Prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to change the prices without notice. Prices quoted at the time of enquiry will, however be adhered to
Cancellations
Any cancellations made will be dealt with depending on the circumstances. It is recommended that clients take out cancellation insurance to cover any costs incurred
- More than two months before the booking - deposit only
- More than 1 month and less than 2 months before the booking 50% of the rental
- Between 1 month and the date of booking 75% of the rental
